Shipping

Upon purchase, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.

I try to ship all orders as quickly as possible but please allow 5-7 business days for order processing, unless otherwise specified in the item listing. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information for your order.

Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days

All items will be carefully packaged with the intention that your purchase will reach you in good condition. However, if an accident should happen and your item arrives damaged: Send me a photo of the damaged item and I will ship you a new or offer you a full refund. All items are shipped via USPS.com 1st Class Mail. Upgrades are available upon request.

I will happily ship to a giftee as well as include a personal note upon request, simply leave me the information in the note on the seller check out.

How long does shipping take?

I ship USPS Ground for all packages unless otherwise specified in the listing.

While packages usually arrive sooner, I allow the post office up to 10 business days for Domestic Delivery and up to 35 business days for International Deliveries before resending/refunding for non-delivery. Thank you for understanding! The postal service can be fickle.

Shipping during Holidays

Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be unpredictable, and Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery.

International Shipping & Import Tax

Some countries outside of the USA charge VAT tax or duties on incoming packages. International customers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Fees levied by their country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept general returns, but you may cancel your item any time BEFORE it has shipped and received a full refund.

If your item has been damaged during shipping, I will ship you a new or refund you the cost of your item. All you need to do is send me a photo of the damaged item along with your order number.
